What owners ask us most
How often does a pool in Ibiza need servicing?
In summer, once or twice a week, because heat and heavy use burn through chlorine fast. In winter, a visit every two to four weeks is enough to check the water and the pump.
Do you cover the whole island?
Yes. We travel to all five municipalities of Ibiza: Ibiza Town, Santa Eulària des Riu, Sant Josep de sa Talaia, Sant Antoni de Portmany and Sant Joan de Labritja, including countryside villas.
Can you look after my pool while I'm not on the island?
Yes. The technician keeps the pool running on a set schedule and can send photos after each visit, so you know it's ready when you arrive.
Why has my pool turned green?
Usually low chlorine, pH out of range, or the pump not filtering for enough hours. In July and August algae can take over in a few days. It's fixed with a shock treatment, brushing and continuous filtration.
